The robotics and integrated manufacturing system training lab includes all the CNC production machines and robots that necessary to mainly used to display the workpiece’s production and assembly process spatially process training, CNC lathe training, and CNC milling training.
The lab also designed to cover training applications of sensor training, image detection technology training, electrical control system training, motor drive technology training, industrial robot training, PLC technology training, converter training, production line, maintenance, and fault detecting technology training.
We can supply individual devices or as a complete turnkey system. This lab enables students to apply many experiments and activities in robotics and integrated Manufacturing system such as:
- Basic lathe operations (facing, turning) on a given metallic workpiece.
- Basic lathe operations (taper turning, drilling) on a given metallic workpiece.
- Basic lathe operations (boring, parting off) on a given metallic workpiece.
- Lathe operations (knurling and thread cutting) on a given metallic workpiece.
- Basic milling operations (face milling, pocket milling) on a given metal
- Machining operation on conventional grinding machine
- Machining operation on conventional drilling machine
- Job setting, tool compensation setting, and tool changing on CNC machining center
- Develop a CNC part program for a given drawing using g codes and m codes.
- Setting and 2d cutting on CNC wire cut machine
- Setting and cut 3d complex pocket on CNC die sinker machine
- Demonstrate the milling operations on CNC milling machine (barons + wabeco)
- Demonstrate the different lathe operations on CNC lathe machine (wabeco)
- Introduction to robot configuration
- Demonstration of robot with 2 DOF, 3 DOF, 4 DOF, etc.
- Programming the robot for applications
- Robotic applications in industry
- Robotic simulation software
